We build homes for two reasons: 1) to build a quality building that will not only be pleasing to the eye, but will be structurally sound in every way, and 2) to make the building process a pleasurable experience for the homeowner.

Commitment to high quality. Our goal is to exceed customer expectations. In addition to the standard city inspection, we provide a 300-point inspection for all remodel projects and a 900-point inspection for all new home construction. Any selected trade representatives will not be released until the inspection is approved.

Always on budget. We stick to our agreed upon price. You must approve any changes to the scope, materials, schedule, or price before starting the change. There are no surprises!
