You will be provided with floor plans, elevations and a very detailed line-item budget before having to decide if you want to build with us.  Ultimately, we build you a home you love and provide you with an interior designer to help with ideas of your colors and selections.

Avant Homes believes that a homebuilder should be fully transparent.  As a result, we’ve created a proprietary online web portal where all of your expenses are tracked and all of your invoices are uploaded.  You see every cost, every expense, and there are NO upgrade costs, NO add-on fees, NO change order fees.
