At Branca Homes, we try to keep as much of the building process in house as possible.  This helps us keep schedules and budgets in check.  We frame all of our homes as well as siding, soffit and fasica and site work.  At times, we also work through finish carpentry, moldings, exterior painting and hardware.  For the areas we do not specialize in, we are proud to work with some of the best subcontractors and craftsmen in the business.  We are also happy to work with any subcontractor you choose as long as they match up to our standards of craftsmanship and are fully licensed and insured.
