She specializes in creating affordable homes built with charm and character. Her goal is to create an atmosphere that empowers women to design the perfect home to fit ALL of their family’s needs.
The Builder: Jimmy DeGraffenried is deeply rooted in the new home construction industry. From the time he was 10 years old, he spent every summer on the job site with his dad. He learned the importance of integrity and hard work from a young age, and he carried those values with him when he began his own home building company in 2003. Jimmy has spent the last 16 years as a home builder, working on everything from high-end custom homes to large-scale land development.
Becky and Jimmy have one goal: To provide a fresh, creative experience in a typically “generic” entry-level home market. As home prices reach record highs, their charming bungalow designs create a bridge for buyers who want an affordable option but who aren’t willing to live in a “box”.
