Learn How To Save thousands With Wilcox Construction In Utah's New Homes Communities.

Wilcox Construction specializes in luxury homes with an array of custom features: pools (indoor or out), water slides, indoor sport courts, climbing walls, elevators, movie theaters, soda shops, pubs, “ski rage”, spas and much more. Although he mostly builds custom homes, John has built a number of professional offices and other commercial projects, many of them second- and third-time projects for clients, who have become his personal friends. John enjoys building luxury homes and spends most of his time in that market. “I like to get involved in the design process and work along with the homeowner and architect in designing the home. I’ve had enough experience that I think my expertise is valuable there, he states. “It’s nice to involve a landscape architect up front. We’ll actually walk the lot and get a topography done. And then we’ll design the house to fit the lot and topography.”

The Home Builders Association has given John many opportunities for service. John served as president of the State of Utah Home builders Association in the year 2000. John has been a member of the Home Builders Association for 15 years and has served on the board of Directors for 10 of those years. His involvement in the association also includes being president and first vice president of NWHBA, state and national director, chair of the Building and Membership Committees Governmental Affairs, UBC, and Parade of Homes Committees. John has dedicated a lot of his time to improving the industry and working with government affairs. For the past nine years, he has gone to the capitol weekly while the Legislature is in session. He has been active in his community, is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, has served as a Scout Master for many years, and always volunteers his time, giving of himself to others.
